  3. Nasiruddin divided the camels in a satisfactory manner. → True

  4. Nasiruddin was selfish. → False

2. (B) Answer the Questions

  1. Who was Raja?

    • Answer: Raja was the Sarpanch's son.

  2. Who made a will?

    • Answer: Raja's father (the Sarpanch) made a will.

  3. How many camels did the Sarpanch leave?

    • Answer: The Sarpanch left 17 camels.

    • Answer: Yes, Nasiruddin got his camel back safely.

  6. Do you have another idea to solve the same problem?

    • Answer: Mathematically, 17÷2=8.5. Since we cannot divide a living camel, adding 1 temporary camel to make 18, dividing them (9 for Raja, 2 for each of the 4 cousins = 8), and taking back the extra camel (17−9−8=0, leaving 1 camel left for the owner) is the most logical visual trick solution!
